We take great care to select the applications we receive according to our needs, whether they come from jobs posted or unsolicited job applications.

It's important to have an initial telephone conversation about the position you're looking for, after which we organize an on-site interview.

We take the time to conduct our interviews in two parts, firstly to discuss the candidate's background and experience, and then with the technical team of each business to get a 360° view.
At the end of the interview, the teams review the situation together, and whatever the answer, we provide rapid feedback.
