Key responsibilities:

- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for internal projects and client campaigns.

- Participate in the creation and execution of digital and offline marketing campaigns

- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends and the competitive landscape.

- Collaborate with the creative team to create marketing materials, including social media content, email campaigns and promotional materials.

- You will be able to deliver results by managing campaign performance, analysing data and providing actionable insights for optimisation.

- Keep up to date with the latest marketing trends, tools and strategies in the sector.

- Work closely with customers to understand their objectives and deliver personalised marketing solutions.

Profile:

- Fluent in Russian and English.

- Proven experience as a marketing professional or in a similar role in a marketing agency or related field.

- You have in-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing and content marketing

- You have experience of market research, campaign planning and performance analysis.

- You are autonomous and able to work independently with minimal supervision, but also as part of a team when required;
